Hello, I’m Heather — a UK-based concierge and on-the-ground location specialist dedicated to clients in the United States seeking an authentic and seamless experience in the United Kingdom.
I founded Across the Pond Concierge after spending more than 25 years living in the U.S., where I witnessed firsthand how often Americans book UK venues, hotels, and experiences without truly knowing what to expect. For milestone occasions and once-in-a-lifetime events, that uncertainty can create unnecessary stress and risk. Photographs rarely tell the full story, and planning from thousands of miles away can feel like guesswork.
My role is to eliminate that uncertainty — providing clarity, trusted insight, and personalised guidance so every detail is thoughtfully considered and every expectation confidently met.
